REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Guidelines:

• One Author: registration will cover only 1 paper for inclusion in the conference proceedings. For each additional paper beyond the one, a separate registration must be completed accordingly.
• Each registration is valid for submission of up to 15 pages only. An additional paper and over-length pages are subject to extra fees per page. Maximum number of pages allowed is 17.
• Tutorial is free for conference Author registrants.
• Refer to the appropriate registration fees for your category.
• Accompanying persons will not have access to any sessions, lunch, High Tea, or dinner.
• Payment can be made via SBI Collect (Indian authors) or Swift Transfer (foreign authors).
• All registrations include access to conference sessions, lunch, High Tea, and dinner.
• Keep the payment receipt/transaction ID for reference.
• Student authors must upload scanned ID proof during registration.
• Receipt will be issued in the registered author's name only.
• At least one author must register and present the paper for CCIS submission.
• Unregistered papers will not be included in the final program.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Use this format for payment remarks: PaperID_AuthorName_2025
• During the fee payment process, authors must include the following format in the transaction/payment remarks or description field: PaperIDNumber_RegisteringAuthorName_2025. This will help us track your payment efficiently.
• For example: If your paper ID is 103 and your name is Saurabh Ganguly, you should enter: 103_SGanguly_2025. If you are registering for two papers (e.g., paper IDs 103 and 105), please enter: 103_105_SGanguly_2025

Important Note: Students without valid ID will be charged full author fee. Gateway charges are extra.

Steps to Register:

1. Make the payment using the appropriate method.
2. Save the receipt as a PDF using the format: PaperID_AuthorName_2025.pdf
3. Fill out the mandatory registration form: GOOGLE FORM LINK
4. Note: It is mandatory to fill out this form after paying the registration fee.
